Register at korea.nhd.org, review the current Contest Rule Book and assigned category evaluation form, and examine available project materials before contest day.
Historical Quality accounts for 80% of evaluation and Clarity of Presentation accounts for 20%. Judges should interview students fairly, reach team consensus, and provide positive, specific, constructive written feedback.
